Cassava Biscuits (Egg Free, Dairy Free, Wheat Free and Paleo approved) Recipe

Ingredients:
3 1/2 cup cassava flour
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1/2 cup applesauce
1 can coconut milk
1tsp salt
1tsp baking soda
Add spices if desired (maybe rosemary or cinnamon depending on what flavors you like)
Mix all ingredients into a bowl. Make cookie sized biscuits on a baking sheet with parchment paper on it to prevent sticking. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-22 min
